GodwinMix and GodwinOTT

Two products for live video, one for making the programme and one for getting your channels to viewers.

Godwin builds both. You can use either one on its own, and they are designed to work together.

GodwinMix

A live production desk on one computer. One person lines up the next shot, presses Take, and switches between several cameras, phones, guests, graphics and video files. The finished programme goes out to several destinations at once, such as YouTube, Facebook and your own website, and it keeps going when a camera drops.

Carries the channels

GodwinOTT

Your own live TV service on your own web address. Viewers on a phone, tablet or laptop get every channel live, a guide, favourites and your shows on demand. Your team runs it from admin screens, the viewing numbers are yours, and any subscriptions are paid into your own account.

Used together

GodwinMix produces the programme and GodwinOTT carries it to viewers. A church, a league or a broadcaster mixes its cameras and guests in GodwinMix, and that programme becomes a channel in GodwinOTT with its own place in the lineup and the guide, under the client's name and on the client's own machines. The shared document shows how the two connect.
